6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATIFY AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
